REFUND POLICY

At BB's Sweet Melts, we take great care in hand-pouring each wax melt to ensure the highest quality. Due to the artisan nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Store Credit for Order Issues

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at bbssweetmelts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly issue store credit for the full value of the affected item(s).

To qualify for store credit, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by photographic evidence of the issue

How to Request Store Credit

Please email us at bbssweetmelts@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card to use on future purchases and does not expire.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
